Con la Fase 2, si completa la fase di importazione automatica che ha visto la sua vera e propria "prova su campo" nella recente e massiva importazione di oltre cinquemila opere del catalogo dell'editore canadese Les Productios d'OZ e Doberman-Yppan.

La procedura, adesso, agisce in modo semi-automatico avendo mappato oltre settecento pattern di scrittura e affidandosi all'OCR dei documenti che devono essere caricati (rigorosamente in formato PDF, XLSX di Excel o CSV). Infatti per una precisione assoluta occorre un dato pulito che non arrivi da stampe o fotocopie.

In caso di dubbi, l'algoritmo memorizza i casi che non riesce ad elaborare e li sottopone ad un intervento umano.

Nell'ultimo import delle due case editrici canadesi in più di cinquemila record:

ha commesso zero errori di interpretazione dei dati
mi ha sottoposto una settantina di casi dubbi
ha collegato oltre 120 nuovi compositori con relative biografie

Dalla seconda metà di settembre sarà pronto il modulo online per consentire agli editori di inoltrare i loro cataloghi in modo indipendente. L'algoritmo anche grazie a delle API di intelligenza artificiale intercetterà i nuovi record in modo automatico adoperando chiavi univoche come il Codice dell'opera nel catalogo e mi farà trovare il lavoro da fare pronto nel pannello di amministrazione.

With Phase 2, the automatic import stage is completed, having undergone its true “field test” during the recent and extensive import of more than five thousand works from the catalogues of the Canadian publishers Les Productions d’OZ and Doberman‑Yppan.

The procedure now operates in a semi‑automatic manner, having mapped over seven hundred writing patterns and relying on OCR applied to the documents to be uploaded (strictly in PDF, Excel XLSX, or CSV format). Absolute precision requires clean data that does not come from prints or photocopies.In case of uncertainty, the algorithm stores the cases it cannot process and submits them for human intervention.In the latest import from the two Canadian publishers, across more than five thousand records:

it made zero data‑interpretation errors,
it submitted around seventy doubtful cases,
it linked more than 120 new composers with their respective biographies.

From the second half of September, the online module will be ready, allowing publishers to submit their catalogues independently. Thanks to AI‑based APIs, the algorithm will automatically detect new records using unique keys such as the work’s catalogue code, and it will present the tasks to be completed directly in the administration panel.**
